Where is my order? I placed my order xx days ago and it still hasn't been dispatched.
Because each box is hand-made to order we do ask that you allow up to 14 working days for dispatch. We do normally dispatch orders within 14 working days but sometimes (due to a high number of orders) it may take the full amount of time to be dispatched.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do ship the majority of our boxes worldwide, but because of the size of some of the boxes we may ask that you complete your purchase on our eBay store so that we can send it using its Global Shipping Programme. Full details will be on the product page.
How long does delivery take?
All UK items are normally sent via Royal Mail and take around 3 days to arrive. International items are sent using Royal Mail tracked shipping and depending on the destination can take between 1 and 2 weeks, after dispatch, to arrive.
How are your boxes sent out, flat pack or made up?
We normally send out our boxes made up so that you don't have to put anything together or assemble them yourselves. Some of our smaller boxes, that don't include an inner display stand, will sometimes be sent flat in a sturdy envelope.
I can't find the box I'm looking for in your store, can you make it for me?
Maybe. If you contact us using the form opposite we will see if we can source the box you are looking for. Alternatively, if you have pictures or measurements of the box then we can sometimes make one from them. Please note however, that we really only specialise in boxes with a TV & Film connection.
I have received my order and it has arrived damaged or I have a problem with it. Can you help?
Of course. We rarely have problems with damaged items but if your box has unfortunately arrived damaged or not to your satisfaction, send us a message with a description of the damage/problem and photographs of the packaging and the box. We will send another item out to you as soon a possible.
